Rascals x Club Rock Shandy
Orange & Lemon Pale Ale | ABV 4.5%
A collaboration with Club Rock Shandy. There’s a big hit of fresh citrus orange on the nose that carries through on the taste before developing into a nice bitter-sweet lemon. Orange and lemon peel are used in the whirlpool and then added the juice of both during fermentation. The bitterness then follows through into the classic New England IPA style, with Mandarina Bavaria and Amarillo hops providing stone fruit and orange flavours.

A classic helles all the way from Donegal! This brew perfectly captures what you’d expect from a helles: light, refreshing, and definitely crushable! There is a very light, malty taste with a hint of herbal tones and a sweet finish. One for when you are looking for something uncomplicated to enjoy with the Boxing Day Toastie!
