Marqués de Cáceres

 

Costanilla Tempranillo

La Rioja, Spain, 13.5%

This Rioja red has a fresh and crisp fragrance with vivid red berry and cherry notes that emphasize the wine’s brightness, with a hint of smokey vanilla. The mouthfeel is pleasant, rounded, and balanced, with soft, silky tannins—the perfect blend of fruit and subtle vanillin spice.

 

Rosado Rosé

La Rioja, Spain, 13.5%

A blend of 80% Tempranillo and 20% Grenache grape. This refreshing rosé has a bouquet of floral notes and red fruits that blend together exquisitely.

 

Verdejo Rueda

Castilla y León, Spain, 13.5%

Elegant and nuanced, revealing scents of apple and pear, interwoven with hints of citrus. On the palate, you can expect bright notes of crunchy apple, ripe peach and grapefruit.

GRAPES:

100% Sangiovese

VINEYARDS AREA:

The Sangiovese grapes are selected from vineyards in the province of Rimini, in Emilia-Romagna. The vines are trained using the Guyot system. The plants are an average of 15 years old, with a yield of approximately 2.5 kg per vine.

 

From Sangiovese grapes vinified in white. This Sangiovese has a straw yellow colour with golden hues. On the nose, it has an elegant bouquet of citrus and yellow apple, with hints of fresh, white flowers. On the palate, it is fragrant with balanced acidity and minerality, yellow fruit and herbaceous notes, medium-body and good length. To be paired with classic dishes such as tortellini with butter and sage, and also with deep-fried fish, vegetable tempura or roast chicken.

 

This Sangiovese has an intense, ruby red colour with purple hues. The bouquet is floral and fruity with notes of violets, cherries and plums. On the palate, it is well-balanced with fine tannins and hints of fresh red berries, with a refreshing finish. Perfect with lasagne, antipasti of cold meats, roast beef and cheese.
